Warranties

Product warranties are only those of the manufacturer.

Cancellations

Cancellations are not permitted on special order items or non-normally stocked items. In the event a cancellation is made all customers are subject to a 10% processing fee. No refunds or exchanges are permitted for electronic components, special orders or non-normally stocked items.

Shipping

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Shipping is based on weight and your ship to location. In stock items are normally shipped within 24-48 hours, however, Coast to Coast USA Inc. makes no guarantees about processing time on out of stock items. If time is a serious consideration, please call us for availability on an item before ordering! If shipping damage occurs please report all shipping damages to the carrier immediately. Coast to Coast USA Inc. recommends that customers utilize ground shipping unless extreme situations arise necessitating express shipping.

For security purposes Coast to Coast USA Inc. ships to billing addresses only. In the event that a customer has a unique situation which requires them to have separate billing and shipping address they should contact Coast to Coast USA Inc. by phone at 1-302-239-1191. International orders must be placed by phone (1-302-239-1191).

Returns

In the event a return is needed all non-defective returns are subject to a 25% Restocking fee. Before making any returns, all returns must be approved by Coast to Coast USA Inc. and an RMA number must be provided by a Coast to Coast USA Inc. representative. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. RMA number should be obtained by phone or email. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date of the order. Shipping Charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for all shipping expenses. Coast to Coast USA will gladly exchange any part and pay for return shipping if found responsible for an error on an order.

Damaged Goods

In the event you receive a product that has been damaged in shipping, immediately notify the freight company. If there is visible damage on the product container you should refuse shipment at your discretion. Once the product has been accepted by the customer, the freight claim lies in the hands of the freight company and the customer.

Coast to Coast USA Inc. reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, Furthermore Coast to Coast USA Inc. is not responsible for any misprints either found on this website, www.coasttocoastusa.com, or any of it's print media. Before ordering any product check with your local state law to determine the legality of the product. All products contained on this website are for off-road use only unless otherwise noted. Coast to Coast is not responsible for the off-road compliance or emissions compliance of any of it's customers vehicles.
